Josh Goldbergβs compositions explore the intersection between Jewish traditional past and contemporary music. Working in both Hebrew and in English the singer, pianist, guitarist, composer and producer of the album ONE seeks to bring communities together with his music. Josh currently serves as the Musical Artist in Residence at Temple Emanuel in Beverly Hills, California, where he works with congregants of all ages, composes and arranges choral pieces, and collaborates with the clergy on creating innovative worship experiences.
Born and raised in Dallas Texas, Josh moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to attend University of Southern Californiaβs renowned Popular Music Performance program. Since graduating he has performed with Grammy winners Macy Gray, and Melissa Manchester, and toured nationally and internationally with Jewish music stars Craig Taubman and Rick Recht. Josh recently started his own label, Kosher Style Records, and is starting to work as a producer, helping other up and coming Jewish artists bring their musical visions to life.
